Workout Express offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or contact us at support@workoutexpress.fit and we will help you arrange it.
All Access is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring subscription and no renewal charges. Nothing needs to be cancelled — your access does not expire.
If a charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.
